Mikuni TM36 Pumper Flat Valve Carburetor. Mikuni's (flat slide) carburetor, the TM Series. Provide significant performance improvements over technology of VM round slide carburetors. Air flows faster and smoother through the TM Series venturi due to the flat slide design and the jet blocks which help create smooth bore effect.

The high velocity of the air flow means a stronger vacuum at the needle jet providing more precise metering and better throttle response. A direct replacement to the Yamaha TT and Yamaha XT inlet snorkel and with the fitment of the provided outlet mounting flange, which will move the carb slightly forward, enables it to properly clear the frame.

Though most Yamaha OEM Push/Pull throttle cables will also fit, this kit has the added benefit of coming with new throttle cables and a 1/4 turn Domino Style quick action throttle. Can be used in conjunction with existing air box.
